We have a wide mix of expertise to compliment the superior automation line we represent. Five members of senior staff are shareholders in the company.
James Henry - Managing Director
Jim Henry is the Managing Director and majority shareholder. Mr Henry has thirty years experience in all facets of Building Automation and controls. Mr Henry has built five building automation companies.
Mr Henry has been a vocal advocate of BACnet and founded the BACnet Interest Group-AustralAsia (BIG-AA). He was the inaugural Chairman.
Mr Henry has a Diploma of Technology in Building Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Mr Henry is a full member of ASHRAE. Jim Henry has taken the ABGR certification course.
Jeremy Cooke - General Manager and Shareholder
Jeremy Cooke is General Manager. He has been with the company since 2004 where he started a service technician. He has risen rapidly through the company structure to take the position of General Manager where he is responsible for all operations in Sydney. Jeremy is a partner in the company.
Jeremy holds a NSW Electrical Supervisor License.
Gwen Henry - Finance Officer and Director
Gwen Henry is the Financial Controller of the Logical Group and a director of Logical Building Pty Ltd.
Gwen has twenty-five years in the finance industry in both administration and management roles working mostly for large organisations.
Her responsibilities include accountancy (Budgeting, Forecasting, Tax Compliance), management and cash flow reporting, policy and process improvements.
Tony McEvilly - Manager and Director
Tony McEvilly is the founder of Electrical Solutions and the manager of Automated Logic ACT. Tony has been a combined controls and electrical contractor in the ACT for fifteen years.
Tony is the co-owner of Automated Logic ACT. Tony is a licensed electrician and electrical contractor.
John Hodges - Service Manager and Shareholder
John Hodges was the service manager prior to the inception of the current business and he continues in this role. He is company shareholder.
Anthony Stufano - Engineering Manager
Anthony Stufano has managed major projects including the million dollar IBM BMS retrofit. In 2011 he assume the role of Engineering Manager. In 2012 he became a shareholder.
Johnny Yau - Key Account Manager
Johnny Yau joined the company in 2010 and transformed our approach to client relations. Johnny has particular expertise in energy monitoring and management. Johnny has built significant businesses overseas. Johnny is a Electrical Engineer, is a Member of AIRAH and the Property Council and is NABERS certified.
Jim Lee - Contract Sales and Project Management
Jim Lee joined the company in 2011. He was extensive prior experience in all facets of BMS companies including sales, project management, engineering, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
